About the position
As a terraindriver, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes within the transport department. You’ll work closely with the production team and team leader to ensure trailers are efficiently loaded and moved across our site. With your experience in operating motor trailers and your proactive attitude, you’ll play an integral part in maintaining the daily flow of our logistics operations. This role involves working in a 2-shift system, including one night shift every two weeks.
What You Will Do:
- Trailers: efficiently load trailers with compost on the company premises;
- Movement: drive trailers to the correct locations within the site;
- Communication: maintain close contact with production staff and the team leader to update on your progress;
- Technical checks: inspect the technical condition of yard trucks and report any issues;
- Support: act as the point of contact for external drivers arriving outside standard working hours.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive driver that is flexible and has a hands-on approach.
- C driving license.
- Full-time availability for 2-shift work, including some night shifts per month.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with a practical, proactive attitude.
About the company
You will strengthen the transport department at an agricultural company in the Boxmeer region. The work location is easy to reach from e.g. Nijmegen, Boxmeer, Venray and even from German cities like Goch or Kleve.
