About the position
As a site driver, you will contribute to the seamless operation of our transport department at a forward-thinking agrarian company in the Breda region. Your role involves efficiently loading and moving trailers, maintaining communication with production staff, and ensuring the technical reliability of the terreintrucks. This position is ideal for someone with a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. If you have experience driving motor trailers and hold a T license—or even a C license with truck experience—you’ll feel right at home.
What You Will Do:
- Loading: efficiently load trailers with compost on the company premises;
- Driving: move trailers to the correct locations on-site;
- Communication: maintain close contact with production staff and the team leader about your progress;
- Technical checks: ensure the terreintrucks are in good working condition by performing routine inspections;
- Support: act as the point of contact for external drivers loading outside standard working hours.
What we offer
- Salary: €3,280 - €3,687 gross per month (based on 40 hours).
- Perspective of a permanent contract to ensure long-term stability.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Driver with strong logistics expertise.
- Experience driving motor trailers; valid T driving license.
- Truck driving experience with valid C driving license preferred.
- Available full-time in a 2-shift system, including night shifts.
- Good command of English or Dutch language.
- Own accommodation and a proactive, independent work attitude.
