About the position
As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to the core of our production process, ensuring that every Asian snack meets the high standards our customers expect. You’ll work in a structured environment where your attention to detail and ability to operate machinery will be key. What You Will Do:
- Machinery operation: manage the packaging and mixing machines in the snack production department.
- Quality control: conduct inspections to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- Packaging: accurately package and label our products, ready for customer enjoyment.
- Shift work: be flexible for two shifts, with times from 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-24:00, including a shift allowance for afternoon work.
- Hygiene and safety: maintain your workspace and adhere strictly to our hygiene and safety protocols.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated production worker who thrives in a structured environment and values quality and efficiency.
- Full-time availability for two-shift work
- Physically capable of performing production tasks
- Fluent in English or Dutch
- Resides within commuting distance of Kesteren
