About the position
Are you ready to make a tangible impact in the metalworking industry? As an industrial painter near Nijmegen, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and are built to last. Working in a close-knit team of 20 professionals, you’ll use your expertise in metal conservation and schooperen to protect and enhance metal products, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.
Your responsibilities include:- Preparing metal surfaces using grit-corundum blasting techniques to ensure they are ready for further treatment.
- Operating the blasting line to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.
- Applying schooperen techniques to protect materials from rust and prepare them for coating.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure every product meets our rigorous standards.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve production and safety goals in a well-organized environment.
What we offer
- Monthly salary between €3300 and €3600 gross, including shift allowances.
- A permanent contract for long-term job security.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a minimum of 38 hours.
- 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 ATV days).

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter with experience in metal preservation and a commitment to quality.
- Proven experience in metal preservation and grit-corundum blasting.
- Familiarity with schooperen techniques is highly preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch or English, with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and reside locally.
- Experience with overhead spraying and specific layer thickness is a plus.
