About the position
As an industrial blaster, you will contribute to the core of our metal conservation processes, ensuring the quality and durability of our products. In this role, you will work with precision and attention to detail, mastering techniques like grit-corundum blasting and schoopering to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to shift work will be key to maintaining a safe and productive environment.
What You Will Do:
- Preparation: ready metal surfaces for treatment, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and durability;
- Operation: manage the blasting line with accuracy, enhancing the efficiency of our production processes;
- Technique: apply schoopering methods to improve rust resistance and extend the lifespan of our products;
- Quality control: conduct thorough inspections to ensure the finished products meet client expectations;
- Teamwork: collaborate with your team to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-standard workplace.

- Monthly salary from €3075 to €3185 for 40 hours.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Blaster with a passion for precision and teamwork, ready to contribute to high-quality metal conservation.
- Experience in metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting.
- Proficiency in overhead crane operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of schoopering techniques is advantageous.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English communication.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
