As a production worker, you’ll ensure that our production lines run smoothly, transforming raw materials into finished products that meet our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet our standards.
- Packing and preparing finished products for shipping.
- Working in shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace by following safety protocols.
- Collaborating with a team of 10-20 colleagues to achieve production goals.
What we offer
- A salary starting at €14.18 per hour, excluding allowances for irregular hours.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- A full-time working week of 40 hours, with flexibility to determine your own hours (minimum 24 hours per week).
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer and surcharges of up to 34% for irregular hours.
