About the position
As an Production Operator / Packer, you will contribute to ensuring that our high-quality meat products are perfectly packaged and ready for delivery. Working in our production facility in Raalte, you will play a key role in operating and maintaining packaging machines while performing quality checks to our standards. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a stable environment with a supportive team, fixed hours, and the chance to grow within the company. Work in a 2-shift system, alternating weekly between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
What You Will Do:
- Operate and set up (packaging) machines to ensure efficient production
- Packing
- Check that products are packaged correctly by quality standards
- Conduct the final quality inspection before products are dispatched
- Ensure a clean and safe workplace and adhere to HACCP regulations.

Here’s what we offer:
- €17.37 gross per hour, including shift allowance
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full time job: 36,25 hours per week in a 2-shift system.
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- 25 vacation days accrual.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- 3.25% year-end bonus.

Job Requirements
- Experience or interest in a production (different meat products)_ environment.
- Available to work at least 36.5 hours per week.
- Proficient in speaking and understanding Dutch or English.
- Willing to work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00).
- Be able to perform physical work: standing, walking and lifting
- The most important thing is that you are enthusiastic, eager to learn and like to get things done.
