About the position
As a warehouse employee at UPS in Roermond, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where precision and teamwork are key.
Using modern tools like electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners, you’ll ensure that (medical) products are processed and shipped safely, accurately, and on time.
You’ll also work with systems like SAP and WMS to register goods efficiently, making a tangible impact on our operations.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: performing quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
- Processing orders: picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment with attention to detail.
- Registering: accurately recording incoming and outgoing goods in our systems.
- Loading & unloading: handling goods using electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Collaborating: fostering a positive and inclusive team atmosphere in a diverse work environment.

- Hourly salary: €14.80 - €15.40 gross.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Work schedule: 32-40 hours per week in 2 shifts.
- 25% shift allowance after 19:00.
- Travel allowance up to €9.47 per day.
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.
- MBO 1 diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
- You work in a 2- or 3-shift schedule with an early shift (±05:30 – 14:30), a late shift (±14:30 – 22:30), and at some locations a night shift (±22:30 – 06:00).
- Proficient with electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.
