About the position
As a warehouse employee at UPS in Venlo, you will play an important role in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly.
You’ll work in a dynamic environment where precision and teamwork are key, handling (medical) products with care and efficiency.
Using tools like electric pallet trucks, barcode scanners, and systems such as SAP and WMS, you’ll help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Your Tasks:
- Inspecting: performing quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
- Processing orders: picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment with attention to detail.
- Registering: accurately logging incoming and outgoing goods in our systems.
- Loading and unloading: operating electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners to handle goods safely.
- Collaborating: contributing to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere in a diverse work environment.

- Hourly salary: €14.80 - €15.40 gross.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Work schedule: 32-40 hours per week.
- 25% shift allowance after 19:00.
- Travel allowance up to €9.47 per day.
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.
- MBO 1 diploma or equivalent educational level.
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus.
- You work in a 2- or 3-shift schedule with an early shift (±05:30 – 14:30), a late shift (±14:30 – 22:30), and at some locations a night shift (±22:30 – 06:00).
- Comfortable using electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Accurate in recording goods using SAP and WMS systems.
