About the position
As a warehouse operator at Abbott in Breda, you will contribute to the smooth running of our logistics operations within a leading healthcare company. You will work in a dynamic environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key. With your attention to detail and proactive mindset, you ensure that goods are processed correctly and reach their destination on time. You thrive in a team setting but are also capable of working independently in a two-shift system.
What You Will Do:
- Safety: ensure the careful and safe movement of goods using a forklift.
- Loading and unloading: efficiently load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspection: check incoming goods for quality and accuracy.
- Inventory management: organize and manage warehouse locations to maintain a clear and accurate stock overview.
- Order picking: collect and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary of approximately €2,950, including allowances and bonuses.
- A full-time role of 40 hours per week in a two-shift system.
- Shift allowance of 40% for hours worked before 07:00 and after 19:00.
- Year-end bonus and holiday allowance of 8.33% per worked hour.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer, up to €13.80 per day.
- Working hours from 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated warehouse operator with logistics experience.
- Full-time availability for two-shift work schedule.
- Experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Resides within 45 minutes of Breda.
- Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks.
