About the position
As a forklift driver, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production facility in the Boxmeer area. Working in the final stage of the production process, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products are securely packaged and ready for transport to customers worldwide. This dynamic role requires precision, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Your experience with forklifts and production processes, along with your command of English, will help you excel in this position.
What You Will Do:
- collecting and moving orders: using the forklift to gather and organize products;
- operating the sealing machine: ensuring products are securely sealed for shipment;
- troubleshooting minor technical issues: addressing small operational problems as they arise;
- preparing big bags: getting large bags ready for transport and ensuring proper labeling;
- setting up transport: preparing goods for shipment using a trailer truck.

- Gross monthly salary between €3,650 and €4,000 (this is including shift allowance and 13th month bonus).
- Full-time jobt with potential for permanent employment.
- Work 40 hours per week in a schedule (at the moment 2 shifts but this might change to 3 shifts)
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and travel allowance.

Job Requirements
- Full-time availability and a desire for a permanent position;
- Flexibility to work in a two and three-shift system;
- Experience as a forklift driver; a valid forklift certificate is a plus;
- Some experience as a (machine) operator in a production setting;
- A good command of Englisj
- A team player who is both flexible and motivated.
