About the position
As a production employee in our IBC department, you will work closely with your team to ensure our industrial containers meet the highest quality standards. Your role is essential in maintaining efficient production and delivering top-quality products.
Your tasks
Your tasks
- Assembling steel pallets and frames;
- Finishing and preparing metal components;
- Inspecting products coming off the machines;
- Troubleshooting minor issues with support from colleagues;
- Keeping your work area clean and safe.You will work in a fixed 5-shift rotation, providing you with regular days off during the week—perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Job Requirements
- You have a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach;
