About the position
As a production packer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our cheese production running smoothly. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, ensuring that every product meets our high-quality standards. This position requires physical strength (handling cheese blocks up to 15 kg), a good eye for detail, and solid communication in English or Dutch (A2 level or higher).

- Keeping your workspace clean and tidy, reporting any issues immediately
- Carefully lifting and placing 15 kg cheese blocks onto the production line
- Wrapping and packaging cheese blocks for shipment
- Supporting your team to maintain a smooth workflow
- Working together to meet daily production and quality goals
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of €15.52
- Shift allowances: 130% (6 PM – 10 PM) and 140% (10 PM – 7 AM)
- Temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract
- Part-time or full-time work options available
- Flexible payment: weekly or every 4 weeks

Job Requirements
- Comfortable lifting cheese blocks weighing up to 15 kg
- Living near Kaatsheuvel or reliable transportation
- Able to communicate in Dutch or English
- Available for work in 2- or 3-shift systems
- Minimum 3 days per week availability, with flexibility for varying shifts
