About the position

As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for loading and transporting compost within our company premises. You’ll work closely with the production team and team leaders to ensure smooth logistics operations. Additionally, you’ll conduct routine technical inspections of field trucks and assist external drivers arriving outside regular hours.
Your Responsibilities:
- Loading Trailers – Efficiently load compost onto trailers within the company premises;
- Communication – Maintain clear and professional coordination with production staff and team leaders;
- Technical Inspections – Ensure field trucks are in proper working condition;
- Point of Contact – Assist external drivers arriving outside standard working hours.
Work Schedule:
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night shift: One night shift every two weeks.

Job Requirements
- Experience & License – Valid C driver’s license and proven truck driving experience;
- Availability – Full-time availability and readiness to start on short notice;
- Communication Skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized;
- Language – Good command of English (Dutch is a plus);
- Flexibility & Initiative – Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing tasks;
- Independence – Comfortable working in an autonomous environment.
