- Efficiently load trailers with compost, optimizing the logistics flow on the company premises.
- Maneuver trailers to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain close communication with production staff and the team leader to coordinate activities and report progress.
- Conduct regular checks on the technical condition of terrain trucks to uphold safety and performance standards.
- Serve as the point of contact for external drivers loading outside standard hours, providing guidance and support.
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night shift: on average one night shift every two weeks

Job Requirements
- Experience & License – Valid C driver’s license and proven truck driving experience;
- Availability – Full-time availability and ability to start on short notice;
- Communication Skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized;
- Language Skills – Good command of English (Dutch is a plus);
- Flexibility & Initiative – Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing tasks;
- Independence – Comfortable working in an autonomous environment.
