About the position
As a line leader, you will contribute to the seamless operation and quality assurance of our dynamic production environment at Abbott in Breda. Facing the challenge of maintaining smooth production processes while upholding the high standards of our international company, your role is pivotal. With your strong communication skills and proactive approach, you'll be the driving force behind an efficient production line in the Product Finishing department, requiring a good understanding of logistics, leadership abilities, and a hands-on mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: guide a team of packing operators, ensuring optimal role distribution within the production line.
- Quality control: conduct inspections and sort products to uphold our high-quality standards.
- Process optimization: execute work orders efficiently and with high quality within the set planning.
- Training: spend the first month as a Product Finishing operator to understand the tasks and department thoroughly.
