About the position
As a glass laminating operator at Scheuten Glas, you play a vital role in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality laminated glass products. Working in our dust-free Clima room environment, you will be part of an innovative team that values precision, safety, and collaboration. This role offers you the chance to grow through training opportunities and contribute to process improvements, all while working in a dynamic 4-shift system.
Your responsibilities include:- Operating and monitoring computer-controlled machines to ensure efficient glass lamination processes.
- Maintaining top product quality by identifying and addressing any deviations with precision.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Reporting machine issues or irregularities promptly to the supervisor.
- Contributing to process improvements by sharing and implementing innovative ideas.
