About the position
As a picker-packer at Geodis, you will play an essential role in ensuring that goods are processed efficiently and reach customers on time. Working in our dynamic warehouse in Venlo, you will handle a variety of tasks that require precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. Your ability to work independently and maintain accuracy will be key to your success in this role.
What You Will Do:
- Orderpicking: collecting products accurately based on customer orders
- Packing and packaging: preparing items securely for shipment
- Inspecting: checking products for quality and ensuring correct quantities
- Sorting: organizing orders for dispatch
- Following safety guidelines: maintaining a safe and organized workspace
What we offer
- An hourly salary between €14.98 and €15.58, paid weekly or every four weeks.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time work (40 hours per week).
- Day shifts to support a healthy work-life balance.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse work, preferably as picker/packer
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, and/or German
- Physically fit to stand and lift for extended periods
- Skilled in working with scanners and computer systems
