About the position
At GEODIS, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented allround warehouse medewerker to join our dynamic team in Venlo. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in logistics, combined with your ability to work independently and handle physical tasks, will help us deliver top-notch service to our clients. With a focus on teamwork and innovation, you’ll contribute to smarter and more sustainable logistics solutions.
What you’ll be doing:- Picking orders with precision, using scanners to collect and verify goods.
- Processing goods by loading, unloading, and moving products within the warehouse.
- Managing inventory by monitoring and maintaining stock levels accurately.
- Operating a forklift (if certified) to assist with moving heavy goods efficiently.
- Resolving process challenges independently, ensuring smooth operations.

- Hourly salary between €15.58 and €16.85.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Full-time role, 32 to 40 hours per week.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent logistics professional with a strong work ethic and relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of logistics experience.
- Proficient in using computers, scanners, and inventory counting.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks.
- Fluent in Dutch, English, or German.
- Residing near Venlo; forklift certification is a plus.
