About the position
As a line leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining safety and quality within our dynamic production environment at Abbott. You'll face the rewarding challenge of ensuring smooth production processes while upholding the high standards of our globally operating company. With your strong communication skills and proactive attitude, you'll be the driving force behind an efficient production line in the Product Finishing department. Your ability to lead and your understanding of safety and quality will be key in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Team leadership: guiding a team of 6-10 operators, ensuring optimal role distribution along the production line.
- Quality assurance: conducting inspections and sorting out products with defects to maintain our high-quality standards.
- Process improvement: executing work orders efficiently and with high quality within the set planning.
- Training: starting as a Product Finishing operator for the first month to learn the operations and department.
- Collaboration: working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

- Monthly salary of €2850, including allowances.
