About the position
As a teamleader logistiek at Geodis in Venlo, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes while leading a team of 10-40 employees. What You Will Do:
- Lead: a team of 10-40 employees, ensuring daily operations run efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor: key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze team performance and adjust processes to achieve goals.
- Implement: automation technologies and robotization while training team members to adapt to new systems.
- Foster: a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team to enhance teamwork and productivity.
- Ensure: quality and safety by conducting regular inspections and adhering to safety protocols.

Job Requirements

- MBO 4 diploma in logistics or equivalent education.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as team leader or supervisor.
- Proficient in KPI monitoring and logistics processes.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
