About the position
As an operator, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of our production at Codi International BV. Your technical skills are invaluable in operating our state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring the delivery of high-quality wet wipes. In this dynamic environment, you'll tackle challenges such as handling first-line malfunctions and participating in new product developments, making your job diverse and engaging. We're looking for someone with a technical background in production, a willingness to work in three shifts, and a desire for technical growth.
Responsibilities:
- Operation: independently operate and adjust various machines within the production process.
- Quality control: perform checks and take action in case of deviations.
- Assurance: safeguard the safety, quality, and output of the production process.
- Maintenance: resolve first-line malfunctions and carry out maintenance activities.
- Innovation: contribute to the development and testing of new products and materials.
