About the position
As an operator, you will contribute to the production of high-quality iron counterweights at our foundry near Nijmegen. Your role involves working with precision and care to ensure that every step of the manufacturing process meets our strict quality standards. You’ll collaborate with a small, dedicated team in a dynamic environment, combining technical skills and teamwork to deliver exceptional results for our international clients.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare: molds for the foundry process, ensuring they are precise and ready for production.
- Handle: liquid iron safely, pouring it into molds and overseeing the cooling process for optimal results.
- Remove: castings from molds and prepare them for the blast cabinet with attention to detail and safety.
- Conduct: thorough quality checks to ensure that all products meet high standards before shipment.
- Collaborate: with your team to achieve production goals while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

- Gross monthly salary: €2879 - €2969.
- Permanent full-time contract for long-term stability.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled and proactive production operator who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
- Full-time availability with a long-term commitment.
- Experience with tools; metal industry background preferred.
- Proficiency in operating overhead cranes.
- Good command of English or German; Dutch is a plus.
- Own accommodation and reliable transport required.
