About the position
As a production worker, you will contribute to the production of fresh, high-quality sprouting vegetables in our family-run business in Nijmegen. You’ll work with a mix of machinery and manual tasks, ensuring that every product meets our standards for quality and hygiene. What You Will Do:
- Operate and adjust: production equipment used in the cultivation process.
- Handle: manual processing of products to ensure quality output.
- Monitor: quality and hygiene throughout the production process.
- Collaborate: with a small and close-knit team in an informal work atmosphere.
- Contribute: to maintaining a smooth and efficient production workflow.

- Monthly salary between €2745 and €3260.

Job Requirements
- Comfortable working in a production environment involving both machine operation and manual handling.
- Able to monitor and support basic production processes.
- Physically fit and capable of performing standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to hygiene and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Open to working in rotating shifts and available for full-time work.
- Previous experience in a production setting is a plus.
