About the position
At Geodis in Venlo, you'll play an important role in our logistics team. Together, we make sure everything runs efficiently in a well-organized and cooperative environment. As a logistics employee, your work helps ensure international customers receive their orders correctly and on time. - Picking and packing – Collecting and packing customer orders with care.
- Processing goods – Scanning and handling items using our digital systems.
- Quality control – Checking that everything meets the right standards before shipping.
- Safety and cleanliness – Keeping your workspace clean and safe.
- Teamwork – Working together with your colleagues to get the job done.

- A salary of €14.40 per hour
- A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
- Full-time work (40 hours per week)
- Daily travel allowance of up to €11.50 (from 10 km and up)

Job Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable logistics employee who enjoys working in a practical, fast-paced environment.What we ask:
- You’re physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work
- Experience as an order picker or warehouse employee is a plus
- You speak Dutch or English
- You work accurately and take responsibility for your tasks
- You’re available for full-time work (40 hours per week)
