About the position
As a teamleider, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes at Geodis in Venlo. You will oversee a team of 25-50 employees, ensuring that safety, quality, and efficiency remain at the forefront of our operations. With your analytical mindset and focus on process improvement, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for optimization while fostering a positive and productive work environment. What You Will Do:
- Lead: a team of 25-50 employees, coordinating daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Report: on KPIs to your supervisor, providing clear and accurate analyses to drive decision-making.
- Improve: processes by identifying areas for optimization and implementing more efficient workflows.
- Ensure: a safe working environment and maintain high-quality standards across all operations.
- Support: your team by motivating employees, addressing challenges, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and analytical team leader with a strong grasp of logistics and a talent for fostering collaboration.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Familiarity with KPIs and warehouse processes.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Interest in project management and process improvement.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and quality systems is a plus.
