About the position
As a Packaging Operator, you’ll be responsible for keeping our advanced packaging lines running smoothly. You’ll work with high-speed machines, solve technical issues, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before heading out to millions of consumers around the globe.

- Operate, adjust and changeover packaging machinery;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex malfunctions;
- Continuously monitor quality and production output;
- Support improvements by suggesting smarter, safer, or more efficient ways of working;
- Collaborate with your shift team to maintain flow and performance across the line.

- Experience in a production environment with machine operation responsibilities;
- Technical mindset and basic troubleshooting skills;
- Eagerness to grow into a skilled operator role;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night);
- Affinity with hygiene, quality, and safety standards in the food industry.
