About the position
As a production and packaging employee at Intersnack Lelystad, you will contribute to the creation of delicious snacks for well-known brands like Pombär and Conimex. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of production and packaging lines while maintaining high-quality standards. Working in a 3-shift system, you will be part of a dynamic team where flexibility and attention to detail are key.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor: the smooth functioning of packaging lines and the production process.
- Inspect: products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Replenish: materials such as boxes with raw products at the production lines.
- Collaborate: with a team of 10 to 20 colleagues in a friendly and supportive environment.
- Adapt: to a flexible schedule in a 3-shift system with varied tasks.
