About the position
As a Packing Operator at FrieslandCampina in Leerdam, you will contribute to the production and packaging of high-quality cheese products that are supplied worldwide. You will work in a dynamic production environment where precision, teamwork, and flexibility are essential. - Packaging: Carefully packing various types of cheese with attention to detail and quality.
- Cutting: Assisting in cutting cheeses for shipment to customers.
- Quality control: Performing daily quality checks to meet the highest standards.
- Teamwork: Contributing to an efficient production process by working closely with colleagues.
- Shift work: Working rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
What we offer
Employment Conditions:
- Salary starting from €16.25 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance.
- Opportunity to work full-time in a 3-shift system.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for an accurate and flexible team player who enjoys working in a dynamic production environment.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus.
- You work quickly and carefully with cheese products.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
- Available at least 1 day per week.
- Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
