About the position
As an assembler , you will contribute to the heart of our production process, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our high-quality standards. You'll face the challenge of precise assembly work, collaborating efficiently within a diverse team, and troubleshooting technical issues. We're looking for someone with an MBO diploma in a production-oriented field, excellent fine motor skills, and assembly experience. If you're fluent in English and either Polish or Dutch and are immediately available, we're excited to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly: perform delicate assembly tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Team dynamics: actively contribute to a positive atmosphere and collaborate on process improvements.
- Quality control: inspect products to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.
- Tools maintenance: keep your workspace tidy and ensure all tools are in optimal condition.
- Safety: adhere to safety procedures and participate in relevant training to minimize risks.
