About the position
As a production worker within the Powder Production Unit (PPU) at IFF, you ensure that liquid flavourings are processed into high-quality powder products. You work in a modern three-story factory, where each floor handles a different part of the production process. You start at the pre-batch department: here you collect and accurately weigh raw materials and prepare everything according to the recipe. This work requires precision as well as physical effort. Once you master these tasks, you will gradually learn more machine and mixing processes, such as filling finished products and preparing them for shipment.

- Collecting and accurately weighing raw materials
- Lifting 20–25 kg bags and pouring them into the machine
- Mixing ingredients according to recipes and instructions
- Supporting machines and monitoring processes
- Filling, packaging, and preparing finished products
- Working according to safety and hygiene regulations
What we offer
- Hourly wage: €21.40, including a 20.5% shift allowance paid over all hours
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and a 13th month salary
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a contract at IFF after 6 months
- Full-time employment
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer

Job Requirements
- Full-time availability on short notice
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Dutch or English at B1–B2 level
- Physically able to lift bags of 20kg
- Accurate, precise, and a strong team player
