About the position
As a production worker in our 5-shift system, you will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality plastic drums at Mauser Benelux BV. Your role involves hands-on tasks that ensure our products meet the highest standards while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, safety, and teamwork.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: products for quality and identifying any defects.
- Assembling: components such as caps and lids for the drums.
- Packing: and sealing products to prepare them for shipment.
- Stacking: and organizing drums for transportation.
- Maintaining: a clean and safe working environment at all times.

- A gross hourly wage of €16.02, excluding shift bonus
- A temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment
- Flexible working hours: 16 to 40 hours per week
- 28% shift allowance for every hour worked
- 8.33% year-end allowance for every hour worked
- Travel expense reimbursement

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented production worker who thrives in a structured and collaborative environment.
- Physically fit and enjoys hands-on work
- Accurate, reliable, and safety-conscious
- Speaks English or Dutch fluently
- Production experience is a plus; training provided
