About the position
As a Factory Worker in our IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) department, you'll be essential to the production of high-quality industrial containers used by companies across the globe. This is active, physical work, perfect for people who enjoy assembling, fixing, solving, and building things with their hands.You’ll work in a fixed 5-shift rotation, giving you regular weekdays off and a consistent rhythm, ideal for maintaining a strong work-life balance.

- Assemble steel pallets and frames for large industrial containers
- Prepare and finish metal components and parts
- Inspect products to meet strict quality standards
- Help troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with your team

Job Requirements
- A hands-on attitude — you like building, fixing, and making things work
- Physically fit and ready for active, fast-paced work
- A quick learner who can adapt to new tasks and processes
- Able to thrive in a 5-shift work schedule
- Communicate well in Dutch and/or English (minimum level B1)
Experience in production, technical work, or automotive repair is a big plus! But if you're motivated and eager to learn, we’ll teach you everything on the job.
