About the position
As a representative planning and customer service, you will contribute to ensuring smooth logistics operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams. You will handle a mix of administrative tasks, customer interactions, and planning responsibilities, requiring a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve balancing customer needs with operational efficiency, making every day dynamic and engaging.
What You Will Do:
- Customer interaction: act as the first point of contact for customers, providing advice, handling complaints, and offering tailored solutions.
- Order management: process orders accurately and ensure timely updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Planning: coordinate and schedule drivers efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and meeting delivery timelines.
- Communication: handle incoming calls regarding bookings, complaints, and general inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Administrative tasks: manage logistics-related documentation and maintain accurate records to support operational processes.

- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
- 8% holiday allowance for additional financial support.
