As a representative planning and customer service, you will contribute to ensuring smooth logistics operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.   • Order management: process orders accurately and ensure timely updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Planning: coordinate and schedule drivers efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and meeting delivery timelines.
  • Communication: handle incoming calls regarding bookings, complaints, and general inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Administrative tasks: manage logistics-related documentation and maintain accurate records to support operational processes.

  • Salary between €3,034 and €3,840 per month.
  • Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
  • Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
  • 8% holiday allowance for additional financial support.
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment.
  • Travel allowance starting from 10 km commute.

Job Requirements

Are you a motivated problem-solver with strong communication skills? Join our team as a Planning & Customer Service Representative and make a difference in logistics.

  • MBO+ education level with logistics or transport knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer-focused with excellent advisory and service skills.
  • Experience in order processing, planning, and complaint handling.
