What we offer

  • Excellent hourly wage starting at €16.02, rising up to €22.21 gross per hour (from age 22, including shift bonuses)
  • Flexibility to choose your own shifts (part-time or full-time)
  • Travel allowance for commuting costs
  • 8.33% holiday allowance paid over every worked hour
  • Fresh sandwiches provided daily in the company canteen — no need to bring lunch!

Job Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and reliable production worker to join our dynamic team this summer. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and value flexibility, this role is for you.

  • Physically fit and ready for active, hands-on work; sitting still isn’t your thing!
  • Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English
  • Reliable transport to reach our location in Oosterhout (bike, car, or good walking shoes)
  • Available for at least 2 full workdays per week (16 hours minimum, morning/afternoon/night shifts)

Mauser Benelux BV, part of the Mauser Group, manufactures and distributes plastic products throughout Europe. At our Oosterhout facility, we produce a wide range of drums, jerrycans, and containers using the extrusion blow molding process.
