About the position
As a production worker at Codi International, you’ll ensure our wet wipes meet the highest quality standards. Your day-to-day tasks include performing quality checks, packing products according to specifications, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You’ll work in a structured environment where precision and teamwork are key, contributing directly to our innovative and sustainable production process.
You’ll collaborate with a team of 10-20 colleagues, rotating through morning, afternoon, and night shifts. During your first week, you’ll receive hands-on training to familiarize yourself with our processes and safety protocols. Together, you’ll ensure smooth operations while adhering to our sustainability and safety guidelines. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy contributing to a shared goal, this role is for you.
What we offer
- Earn between €14.18 and €19.00 per hour based on experience.
- Temporary contract with a view to permanent employment.
- 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling options.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commuting.
- Additional allowances up to 34% for irregular hours.
