About the position
At GEODIS in Venlo, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated allround warehouse medewerker to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our logistics operations, ensuring that goods are handled with precision and efficiency. Your ability to work independently, combined with your logistics experience, will help us maintain our high standards of service and contribute to smarter supply chain solutions. With a focus on innovation and teamwork, you’ll play an important role in creating sustainable logistics processes.
Your responsibilities include:- Picking and verifying orders using scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse with a forkflift to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
- Identifying and resolving operational challenges independently to support seamless workflows.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and motivated logistics professional.
- Minimum 3 years of logistics experience required.
- Proficient with computers, scanners, and inventory systems.
- Physically capable of handling heavy lifting tasks.
- Fluent in Dutch, English, or German.
- Residing near Venlo; forklift certification is a plus.
