About the position
As a logistic employee, you will contribute to the smooth running of our logistics process, ensuring that our high-quality microgreens are correctly prepared for transport to supermarkets, hospitality clients, and retailers both nationally and internationally. Working in a small, informal team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining efficiency and accuracy while handling physical tasks in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do:
- Order preparation: using packing slips, you will ensure all products are accurately collected and prepared for shipment.
- Scheduling: determine the order of shipments and ensure everything is ready on time for dispatch.
- Product handling: gather the correct products and quantities, placing them in the designated locations.
- Pallet management: stack or unstack pallets as needed to meet order requirements.
- Equipment operation: use a forklift and electric pallet truck (EPT) to move pallets and streamline the logistics process.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated logistics employee who thrives in a dynamic and informal environment, with a focus on precision and flexibility.
- Experience with physical labor and shift work.
- Familiarity with EPT and forklift, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work accurately following quality standards.
- Independent and adaptable in a team-oriented setting.
- VMBO education level, preferably in logistics.
