About the position
As a production operator, you will contribute to the cultivation and processing of high-quality sprouting vegetables at our family-owned company in Nijmegen. This hands-on role offers a mix of operating machinery and performing manual tasks, ensuring that every product meets our quality standards. You’ll start with simpler tasks, allowing you to learn the ropes, and as you demonstrate motivation and reliability, you’ll have the chance to take on more technical or independent responsibilities. What You Will Do:
- Operate: and adjust production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform: manual tasks to support the production of fresh, top-quality sprouts.
- Monitor: product quality and maintain hygiene standards throughout the process.
- Collaborate: with a friendly and informal team to meet production goals.
- Work: rotating shifts, including mornings, to meet production requirements.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented production operator with a passion for teamwork and technical growth.
- Experience in production/ agricultural environment; technical skills are a plus
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks
- Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage
