About the position
As a transport site operator, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our transport department within a dynamic agrarian company. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring that trailers are efficiently loaded with compost and moved to the correct locations on-site. This position requires a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and a proactive work attitude. You’ll work closely with production staff and the team leader to maintain seamless logistics processes while adhering to safety and operational standards.
What You Will Do:
- Loading: efficiently load trailers with compost on the company premises
- Driving: move trailers to designated locations within the site
- Communication: maintain close contact with production staff and the team leader regarding work progress
- Inspection: check the technical condition of site trucks to ensure operational safety
- Support: act as a point of contact for external drivers arriving outside standard working hours

Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Transport Site Operator who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in logistics operations.
- Experience driving motor trailers; valid T driving license.
- Truck driving experience with a C license is a plus.
- Available full-time for 2-shift work, including biweekly night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude.
