About the position
As a factory worker, you help keep the production process at Uniekaas running smoothly. You work precisely and can work well with your teammates. The job includes handling 15 kg cheese blocks and keeping your workspace clean and tidy. It’s important to be willing to work in shifts. In this role, you make sure your workspace is clean and report any problems to your supervisor right away. You place 15 kg cheese blocks on the conveyor belt and pack the sliced cheese cubes. You also help your colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
What we offer
We offer a competitive gross hourly wage ranging from €15.52 to €21.72, with the possibility of securing a permanent contract after an initial temporary period. Enjoy flexible working hours with a minimum of 24 hours per week, along with attractive bonuses for evening and night shifts, reaching up to 140%. For those commuting, we provide a travel allowance for distances of 10 km or more. The holiday allowance is 8.33% of your annual salary. Job Requirements
You have no trouble handling 15 kg cheese blocks and live in the Kaatsheuvel area. Dutch and/or English speaking at an B2+ level and are comfortable working in a 2 or 3 shift system, including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Additionally, you are available for at least 3 days a week to work the various shifts.
