About the position
As a factory worker, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process at Uniekaas. You work precisely and collaboratively with your team. Your tasks include handling 15 kg cheese blocks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and packing sliced cheese cubes. It is essential to be willing to work shifts.

- Keep your workspace clean and report any issues immediately to your supervisor
- Place 15 kg cheese blocks on the conveyor belt
- Pack sliced cheese cubes
- Support your colleagues to maintain smooth production flow
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage: €15.52 to €21.72
- Contract: Temporary with the possibility of a permanent contract
- Working hours: Flexible, with a minimum of 24 hours per week
- Shift bonuses: Evening shifts up to 130% and Night shifts up to 140%
- Travel allowance: Provided for distances of 10 km or more
- Holiday allowance: 8.33% of your annual salary

Job Requirements
- Comfortable handling 15 kg cheese blocks
- Reside in or near the Kaatsheuvel area with own transport
- Speak Dutch and/or English at a B2+ level
- Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, night)
- Available at least 3 days per week for shift work
