About the position
As a logistics employee at Geodis, you will contribute to the smooth handling of valuable electronics, ensuring they are prepared and shipped accurately to customers worldwide. Working in our modern warehouse in Venlo, you’ll face dynamic challenges that require precision, teamwork, and a proactive mindset. Your role involves maintaining high standards of quality and safety while collaborating with a diverse team to meet daily targets.
What You Will Do:
- Pick: using a hand scanner to accurately select and prepare orders.
- Pack: carefully handling electronics and other products to ensure safe transport.
- Check: verifying orders for accuracy and quality before shipment.
- Organize: maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate: working closely with team leaders and colleagues to achieve operational goals.

- An hourly salary of €14.98.
- A temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
- Part-time employment of 40 hours per week.

- Travel cost reimbursement starting from 10 km per day.
- Stable hours with guaranteed income and personal attention.
- Working hours: shifted day shifts, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This means that, in addition to the hourly wage, the number of days off, allowances, ADV compensation, and other salary components are included in your employment package.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Picker/Packer to join our dynamic team at Geodis Venlo, ensuring precision in supporting BENQ operations.
- Physically fit to handle heavy products daily.
- Full-time availability with occasional overtime flexibility.
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Eligible for or in possession of a valid VOG.
