About the position
As an operator, you will contribute to the smooth running of our production processes within one of our 5-shift teams. Working in a close-knit team, you’ll ensure that production adheres to strict hygienic protocols while maintaining the high quality of our products. Your technical insight and proactive mindset will help you navigate the dynamic environment and ensure everything runs efficiently.
What You Will Do:
- Inweighing: accurately weigh raw materials according to specified guidelines.
- Production: prepare pastes and load firing trays and ovens.
- Process monitoring: perform milling and sieving operations while keeping track of progress.
- Hygiene: maintain a clean and structured workspace in line with established protocols.
- Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work atmosphere.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €4871 and €5321, including shift allowance, based on your experience and qualifications.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- In a 5 shift pattern you will be working on average 31.5 hours per week.

- Proficiency in Dutch or English language.
