About the position
As a production employee at IFF, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality products used worldwide. You will be responsible for transforming our flavorings into powders while maintaining precision and excellence throughout the process.

- Accurately collect and weigh raw materials according to quality standards;
- Add raw materials to machinery and monitor the processing;
- Follow recipes and blend raw materials to create premium flavor combinations;
- Package the final products into bags and prepare them for shipment.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly wage of €17,15, excluding shift allowance;
- 20.5% shift allowance for 3-shift work, applied to all hours worked;
- Opportunity for a permanent contract over time;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer;
- Pension contributions starting from the first week.
Job Requirements
- Flexible availability to work in a 3-shift system;
- Dutch or English proficiency at a B2 level;
- Experience in a production environment;
- Physically capable of lifting 23 kg bags and comfortable working with strong scents;
- A precise and team-oriented approach to tasks.
