About the position
As a machine operator at Scheuten, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Working in a 3-shift system, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining various machines that prepare glass for its final destination, whether it’s for stunning buildings, sound barriers, or other applications. This role requires a hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment.

- Operate: various glass processing machines with precision and efficiency.
- Set up: and adjust machines to meet production specifications and ensure quality standards.
- Perform: routine checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
- Collaborate: with your team to meet production targets and deadlines in a friendly and supportive environment.
- Ensure: safety protocols are followed and contribute to a clean and organized workspace.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented machine operator who thrives in a hands-on environment and is eager to contribute to high-quality production processes.
- Hands-on mentality, responsibility, and precision in work.
- Flexible, full-time availability for 3-shift rotations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate production systems.
- Basic PC skills and understanding of production software.
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, or German (basic level).
