About the position
In your role as an entry-level operator at the company we represent, you will play an active role in supporting our production processes in the poederfabriek. You’ll ensure that operations run smoothly and contribute to the creation of high-quality powders used in catalytic converters and green energy storage worldwide. This role requires physical work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while working in a dynamic 5-shift system.
What You Will Do:
- Production support: filling containers with powder and placing them correctly in ovens or designated locations.
- Safety compliance: following safety procedures and wearing protective equipment at all times.
- Collaboration: working with colleagues to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
- Shift flexibility: operating in a 5-shift system with morning, afternoon, and night shifts, followed by four days off, with a 43.08% shift allowance.
- Workplace upkeep: ensuring a clean and organized workspace to maintain production efficiency and safety.
What we offer
- A gross hourly salary of €14.76, with an additional 43.08% shift allowance for working in a 5-shift system.
- A temporary contract for the summer period, from either July 1 to August 31 or July 15 to August 15.
- Full-time workweek of 40 hours, ensuring a structured and stable schedule.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer and 8.33% holiday pay, along with 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time).

Job Requirements
