About the position
As a logistics employee at Geodis, you will play an essential role in running our new high-tech warehouse in Horst. You start with thorough training in Venlo, then contribute to smooth, efficient operations. This is a varied, active role where you can develop your skills and be part of a team shaping a modern warehouse from the ground up.
What You Will Do:
- Operate EPT, reach truck, or forklift to collect and move products safely
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet quality standards
- Inspect orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before shipment
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving goods safely
- Collaborate with your team to maintain an efficient workflow
What we offer

- Hourly wage between €14.98 and €16.20
- Temporary contract with possibility of permanent employment
- Full-time 32–40 hours per week, day shifts from 07:00 to 17:00
- 8% holiday allowance
- Travel reimbursement from 10 km (up to €11.50/day)

Job Requirements
We are looking for motivated logistics professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-tech environment:
- 1–2 years of logistics experience
- Experience with EPT, forklift, or reach truck (experience in one is enough)
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and walking
- Strong English or Dutch communication skills
- Willing to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct)
- Own transportation, not reliant on public transport
