About the position
As a basis operator SQ, you will contribute to maintaining a smooth production process within one of our teams. You’ll work in a collaborative and informal environment where precision, cleanliness, and safety are key. Your role involves ensuring that production adheres to strict hygienic protocols while maintaining the quality of our products. With your technical insight and proactive attitude, you’ll be flexible in handling various tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
What You Will Do:
- Inweighing: accurately weighing raw materials according to prescribed specifications.
- Production: preparing pastes and loading firing trays and ovens.
- Process monitoring: performing milling and sieving operations while overseeing production progress.
- Hygiene: working cleanly and systematically in line with established protocols.
- Teamwork: collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work atmosphere.

- A gross monthly salary between € 4,478 and € 4,870, including shift allowance of 43%.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A minimum of 31.5 working hours per week in a 5-shift schedule.
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer.
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days annually (based on full-time).
