About the position
As a production employee at Uniekaas, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our high-quality cheeses are ready to reach customers across the Netherlands and beyond. Working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, you’ll be part of a team that values precision, teamwork, and a proactive approach. Whether you’re packaging cheese or maintaining quality standards, your contribution will help uphold the legacy of the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands. With the flexibility of working in 2- or 3-shift systems, you’ll also have opportunities to grow and develop your skills through extensive training programs.
Your responsibilities will include:- Packaging sliced cheese and preparing it for transport.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, reporting any issues promptly.
- Placing cheese on the production line to ensure smooth operations.
- Supporting colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow.
- Upholding quality standards to meet customer expectations.
What we offer
- Earn a salary between €2,800 and €3,000 per week, including shift allowances up to 140%.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Work full-time, 32-36 hours per week, in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Reimbursement for travel costs starting from 10 km and free parking at the workplace.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented production employee with a proactive mindset to join our team at Uniekaas.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Background in the food industry is highly desirable.
- Resides near Kaatsheuvel, Waakwijk, or Tilburg with own transport.
- Proficient in English or Dutch (B1 level).
- Willing to work in 2- or 3-shift systems.
- Physically fit to stand and walk throughout the workday.
